1.Terms and definitions:
a) “Seller” – the project Prague in a box, providing services of packaging and delivery of the original carton box, that contains a guide and a set of items for a touristic walk around Prague;
b) “Prague in a box” – a box with a paper guide and a set of objects, content which is defined on the website of the Seller;
c) “Order” – an order for packaging and delivery of the original carton box, competed via www.pragueinabox.eu website;
d) “Website” – www.pragueinabox.eu.
2. Orders
You can place an order on the www.pragueinabox.eu website.
Contractual information is given in english and is subject to confirmation at the time your order is confirmed. Seller reserves the right to reject a payment or not to confirm an order for any reason whatever, in particular for lack of stock or in case of a problem with the order received.
All orders placed via the www.pragueinabox.eu website are presumed to adhere to these General Conditions. Confirmation of your order implies your full agreement with these general conditions of sale without qualification or exception.
All information supplied and confirmations given constitute proof of the transaction. You declare that you have full knowledge of them. The order confirmation constitutes a signature and acceptance of the transactions effected.
3. Delivery
a) Delivery means delivery of the Prague in a Box to the delivery address specified on the order. Seller can deliver to anywhere within Prague. Seller delivers on working days, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, from 9:00 to 19:00, on the day and time previously agreed with the buyer.
b) The buyer must notify the seller of the specific hour and the delivery address no later than 3 working days before the delivery date.
c) To change the dates or delivery address the Seller must notify the customer by phone or by e-mail no later than 3 working days before the delivery date.
d) In the case of non-compliance of paragraph №3 of this General Terms and Conditions, the Seller can not guarantee the timely delivery of the order.
4.Price
Prices are shown in CZK inclusive of all taxes. The prices shown on the website are guaranteed for the duration of the presence of the items online. Any changes in tax may be reflected in the price of the products. However, prices may not be altered once the customer order is confirmed.
5. Payment
Payment for your purchases is made using the PayPal secure payment system, direct bank transfer or cash on delivery. The confirmation of your order implies an obligation on your part to pay the price indicated.
6. Warranty for defects and mismatch
The Seller undertakes to remedy any defect, lack of quality or conformity found in the Prague in a box. In particular the discrepancy between the products described in the accompanying card and the content of the box, within two working days of receipt of a written notice. The delivery of the missing products will be made under the conditions specified in paragraph №3, free of charge.
7. Return
You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your goods to exercise your right of cancellation without providing a reason or paying a penalty. You are responsible for returning the goods complete and in their original condition (packaging, accessories and documentation). Any damage caused to the product at this stage may affect your right to cancel.
If you exercise your right of cancellation the Seller will reimburse the sums paid within 14 days of being notified of your request and using the same payment method with which the order was made.
These terms and conditions are an integral part of the order. The order and these General Terms and Conditions are regulated by the laws of the Czech Republic.
